Well, first things first: CRUMP®.

It’s clean. It’s rocky. It’s funky. It’s the fusion of bytes, beats, bass and basics. It’s a category of its own. And it’s crap of course: ‘cause nobody knows CRUMP® or has even heard of it. It’s the invention of Ziggy G., established solely to raise some interest on the music he’s performing. Some people describe it as a “fresh’n funky, never-heard-before intelligent mixture of styles, patterns and sounds”, cutting the edge and shakin’ them eggz.

So if you try to categorize the music-style of bAD-eGGZ, just think of CRUMP® and you can’t go wrong.

They are cool. They are great. They are unique. And they are multiple, ‘cause they are Ziggy G., together with a bunch of gifted friends and guest-musicians. Until his coming out about 3 years ago, Ziggy never realized he was a real musician. Okay, there were some facts of evidence in his earlier years, when he tried to perform as a bass-player and background singer in a band called “Mon Dieu!”, but unfortunately they never achieved any popularity above the level of an excited neighbourhood who called the police several times at the occasion of practicing-sessions in their garage.

Today, almost 2O years later, Ziggy G. keeps surprising himself and either his environment as a developed composer, arranger, songwriter and ambitioned singer, backed up by some very gifted musicmates and

co-artists.

Some of his re-arranged hit-classics like “Spirit in the Sky” have evoked some real emotional reactions, at least in parts of the established music-business. But mainly and mostly he concentrates on writing his own material. Ziggy G. defines himself as an “egghead” with working-class-appeal, knowing you can survive or succeed in the music-biz only by special skills, famous friends or by acting like a real bad egg. So the bAD-eGGZ breed came to life to prove that it can be done differently as well. Just by doin’ what you can, and acting as natural as possible.
