and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio. So please listen for yourself and let me know what you think. if you like it jump on board and i will give you the song to have for your own '-)

I recorded "Let It Go" today - again - with live piano (what a difference) and new vocals.. after living with the song for a year. Amazing what a difference it makes, or how much I've grown in the last year :) ??? Anyway, tried to post it here but having trouble converting it to an mp3 from an mp4... hopefully will sort it out soon. Anyway, in the meantime - thanks so much for your support and kind words... also, interesting profile pic - where is that from?? xoxo jess

As it's been a longer one here with Memorial Day, i am glad to escape the city for a few days for some peaceful time in the country (or the suburbs, but it feels like the countryside after living in the city a few yrs:) ...
