About me

 Greetings to All, I am just an old guy on a hill top out in the country side of East Tenn. USA.  I am retired  from working as a film tech {grip} so I have plenty of time to pursue my new passions for learning to building computers and setting up a good sound system by getting used equipment off eBay.  So far it is sounding good,plus I am having a blast.  I do not play any instrument, but I sure can listen and I think I have a "good ear" for what really does sound good. [but  don't we all think we know that!  LOL] Anyway glad to find this place and join in  to be a part of  new groups getting started.  What a great idea,  wish I had thought of it....LOL

  Well, I have found a new one to watch go through   this fun process of  following a dream. This young man is a singer-songwriter who can actually do both extremely well. I can hear and understand his lyrics  and the strong beat  makes me want to get moving to it, but it does not overwhelm the song.  He really is a "Singer with his own voice".  I do not play or sing a lick, but I got  great ears for music  {or so I think}   I predicted  that  Mr. Sole will move right up to his goal.  I am looking forward to watching  his progress.
