Hello Fisheye,

I don’t think you will be disappointed if you drop by and check out our music.

I describe our sound as pop/rock with catchy melodies (like a blend of Fleetwood Mac and Jewel).

One of our believers summed us up pretty well: “What I find is their greatest strength is that the tracks all provide an insight into the deepest emotions and feelings so many will experience in their life.”

So come and have a listen to find out whether he’s right!

Experienced New Yorkers playing melodic and powerful classic-inspired rock with rich vocal harmonies - think Boston for the millennials. Going to be massive.

Jun 12 2008 08:12 CET Natalia Safran - Oh Yes still Euphoric and Oh so Thankful for All of You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A big warm hello!

and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio. So please listen for yourself and let me know what you think. if you like it jump on board and i will give you the song to have for your own '-)

peace, love and music

Hi Fisheye,

To describe what we sound like I’d have to say a little like a blend between KT Tunstall, Brooke Fraser and U2.

Here’s what one believer has said about us: “What’s notable about The Jade Diary is their truth, honesty and raw emotion that channels through each song, and what I find is their greatest strength is that the tracks all provide an insight into the deepest emotions and feelings so many will experience in their life.”

So come and have a listen to find out whether he’s right!

What is so different? celtic tunes ? fiery fiddling? haunting piping ? or maybe just that we are from Poland and play with celtic soul? :)

For sure youll find here loads of positive energy.

Please check it our if you got a moment. Feel free to believe as well. We want to show the world it is not only mainstream here.
For the start, we recommend Pipers Dream tune :)

Dec 27 2007 14:48 CET Elmore

Hey fisheye..........hop e you had a great Christmas and have an even better new year.
Long live the SAB musical revolution. If you have a mo; please check out our tracks.*** I will send you any of the below MP3 single tracks if you buy parts in Elmore****.

(REVIEW of ELMORE EP) in OVERPLAY.CO.UK
Mood swings. While they can make partners, parents and work colleagues unbearable to be around, when it comes to pop bands, they’re often highly entertaining. That’s why London five-piece Elmore have stumbled onto a winner here. The six tracks on this ep veer violently from indie to rock to jazz to the outer reaches of the universe.

Opening salvo “Rocker To Raver” takes the neo Baggy vibe of The Twang and Reverend & The Makers and gives it a technicolour makeover. Snaking guitar, boinging Happy Mondays beats and a monumental chorus all conspire to create a laid-back anthem that deserves to be downloaded by the thousands. It would appear that acid indie is back.

“Up On High” adds to the fun with a taut, edgily addictive bassline that’s not a thousand light years away from The Rolling Stones’ “Undercover Of The Night”. It’s pleasantly surprising, though, when the next tune is called “Killer On The Loose”, yet it slinks around with some very cool John Squire-style guitar trickery.

“Parting Shot” is yet another entertainingly random excursion; all twinky effects, skittering beats and spoken word self-help voice over, but the revs go back on the catchy, funky and rather dark Kasabian-like “Chemically Assisted”.

The closing “My God Has Seen” trumps everything, however, by changing style mid-tune. From the quirkily charming jazz reggae of the intro, it evolves into something akin to the modern folk of The The’s ‘Soul Mining’ album. But then, if you have to end a song, what better way to do it than by suddenly locking into a monumental ‘70s-style prog rock ending. Elmore seem to effortlessly manage one of the hardest things in music. There’s never a dull moment. ...............Overp lay

Peace
Steve,
Elmore
