New Rules: Okay here's the Hogs general rules for belief:

1) I gotta dig the music - first and foremost if I can't connect with the tunes then I won't be believing.

2) You gotta be active on SAB - maintain your page, update periodically, communicate on at least a semi-regular basis - basically show signs of life and a committment to seeing this thing through. 

3) Out and about performing is a big plus - I know that getting gigs is not always easy and that not everyone is "live gig ready"; and with some genre's it is less important. However I am more inclined  to make a substantial belief in "working musicians".

4) Rules are for fools -  maybe I should just call them guidelines - I reserve the right to ignore my "guidelines" and believe in whomever I choose.

On reducing / removing parts: **it Happens - Don't take it personally. If I reduce parts more than likely it's a temporary thing. If I remove parts it's usually because I don't feel that rule 'er "guideline" #2 is being satisfied. If I do reduce or remove parts it does not mean that I won't re-believe, it's just that I feel the money's better invested somewhere else for the time being. 

On Spamming: Frankly I don't always have the time to go look for new and interesting music - so feel free to spam away!
