About me
I am a woman from 1960. (You can do the math yourself ;)
I like music, I like the internet, I like technology and I love new initiatives. And I hate the power regular record companies have over musicians, and on the listeners. Since record companies dictate a lot of the music we have to listen to (they decide to produce or not) I think it is time that we listeners take control.
I do not have a lot of money, so I won't invest in a lot of parts. But with babysteps you can also get where you want. It just takes longer. I'm patient, and intent to invest in music which moves me.

I am really amazed and confused with the enthousiasm of artists who think I may be a potential believer in their music. I really like a lot of music and listen to every song being promoted to me (and a lot more also) but I am not able to invest much more. But if I could I sure would. So, if you artists realize my investment was not with you, it is not because I don't like your music, because I probably do (offcourse I have my preferences also). It is just a lack of liquidities which prevent me from investing a lot more. Probably the same reason I will never be a material girl, which does not bother me at all.
So here I pledge to at least start to leave a comment on the profiles of artists' I really like and think they need encouragement.

and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio. I had the best time in Holland. I got to see 3 Sellaband bands live and meet some great people!
