Casper supports Collaborations_

I’m redrawing a few parts out of CAYA and if necessary from others too… because I need the money for the BUMA STEMRA lawyers and (Plagiaat commission) foundation. I’ve got to pay them 1. 300 euros in advance for starting a law suit against Mandyleigh Storm

Why?

Mandyleigh Storm recorded one of my music compositions for the song “Deep Sea Green” (first one on her album) on her CD ‘Fire and snow’. I’ve written and registered the music for Deep Sea Green already in 2007 by Buma/Stemra.  With the original home recording TAB’s, Note’s and her voice) Mandyleigh wrote the lyric I've composed the music. Most of her believers know this already.

I hope some of you still remember our profile players and personal notes in  2007.  

After calling and mailing SAB …Johan V. and her publisher Stefan from AT productions and writing a quite hard warning for the family Storm to set this straight …I’ve received no satisfying answers or solutions/proposals. BUMA/STEMRA (which I'm a member of) advised me to start a law suit That’s why I’m going public on this, and bring this to court,  because I simply feeling robbed.  I really hate artists who’re stealing others ‘mind good’ and months/years of hard work. 

Some prove:

1.          I’ve mails from Mandyleigh and Gary to prove that we have a 50/50 agreement for 4 songs. Deap sea Green, Easy for You, Lights On and ‘I’m not Crying’.  Lyric Mandyleigh and Music Casper (that’s me). All songs were uploaded on our profile players in 2007

2.          She has sent a few PM’s to all of her believers in 2007 which also proves our ‘Deap Sea Green’ Collaboration. ( I’ll send it over on request)

3.          I’ve the original recording…recorded in my home studio in Aug 2007 with her voice and my music (guitar and voice). She was in Holland performing on ‘Almelo meets Nashville’ an event I’ve organized (visit www.almelomeetsnashville.com ). Some of her Dutch and European believers, who have visited Almelo received an acoustic copy on CD of three songs: Deap See Green, Easy for You and Lights On. (The ones I’ve composed) Or just Google Deap Sea Green Mandyleigh and Casper Almelo. On request I’ll send it over …mail caspervanvulpen@hotmail.com

4.          I’ve videos from our collaborations (also on youtube) and her personal announcements to prove I’m the legal music composer of ‘Deep Sea Green’.

5.          My recording machine registered all recordings (times and date)

6.          You can have my original  guitar tracks with Mandyleighs vocals on request …just mail caspervanvulpen@home.nl (that’s two times)

7.          You can have the Buma/Stemra official register letter signed in 2007 accompanied with her approval (the 50/50 mails)

8.          A few American ‘Nashville Guitar’ players and SAB believers witnessed our collab and her statements about who wrote the music while they were visiting my private house during A.M.N.

9.          Her own radio interview on National Radio (RTV Oost)

Sorry for informing you all ..  But you probably can imagine the way I felt… receiving her SAB CD and read: Deep Sea Green lyrics Mandyleigh Storm and melody/music Mandyleigh Storm.

I strongly advise all collaborating artists to verify your commitments with other artists/writers and musicians on paper. (luckily I have) 

Since there’s absolutely no reaction on my ‘Deep Sea Green collab’ forum post’ a few weeks ago…and, no reply’s on my personal mails, phone calls.. I feel strongly misused and robbed. Going to court seems to be the only option here.

Organized a free party at the Shamrock Almelo which gave SAB extra exposure in Newspapers and media. (Just Google)

A lot of SAB artists performed for free to promote the Sellaband concept/ themselves and to greet and meet the believers. Artists and believers did a lot of efforts just to be there. Austria, Polen, France, UK, Belgium and many from out of Holland were represented. Where was the HQ delegation? They at least could have sent a secretary.

Johan V. removed my forum post about artists ‘stealing others mind-good and songs’ (Happened to me here on SAB).In this case HQ was very fast…by removing the post for ‘personal attack’ reasons (There’re right) But… Let’s see if they are speeding things up now in this issue.  I’m planning to write some story’s in Dutch music magazines and take this “stealing” to court since I’ve have enough prove. I could send the content of my forum post with some prove on Mp3 and mailings directly over to you on personal request. caspervanvulpen@home.nl .  If you know any further info or just willing to make your statement about this case please feel free to write me.

Most of you already know what I’m talking about. I strongly advise AT, SAB and M. to settle the publishing rights a.s.a.p. 

Sellaband stays a great platform for me  to interact with other artists and believers but I personally lost faith in buying parts at this moment. I won’t loose faith in all the artists and believers.
