wow, how is it possible that I've never heard of Melanie Safka? she has apparently sold 25 millions albums, and has a voice from the gods. A big warm hello!
and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio. So please listen for yourself and let me know what you think. if you like it jump on board and i will give you the song to have for your own '-)

I have just readen your explanation on Chapter 9's space and I find it very true and full of good sense!
I write you just to let you know that what can seem a momentum of pause is actually a time of hard work for us, also outside Sab, to expand our fanbase in our local market. So, we're building an "Official Fan Club", fixing new gigs for next summer/autumn, taking contacts with a manager, recording the new EP, etc. and it's a very busy and creative moment for us.
We do all that cause when we'll arrive to 50K we want to be ready for the major market and we want to be a good pro band, to add a real value for all the persons who believed in us.

I don't really know how I could please you...
I'm quite sad to see you lower your investments and I understand that you don't really like our songs anymore :(
I would love not to see you go completely. Because I still think that the CD we will be recording with SellaBand will be to your taste in the end. And I still think we're worth something on this website...
You know, when you record in your room, it's not the same thing as when you have the budget to record in a studio. You don't have all the excitement, the joy and the pressure to be recording in a pro environment. That reflects on the interpretation of the songs...
Plus, things are personnally hard at the moment. When Gary Louris from the Jayhawks lost one of his best friends in an accident, he wrote a brilliant album, Sound Of Lies, which is also one of the saddest album I've ever heard. It's still an excellent album.
I wanted to let you know all the things that are passing through my head as I see you "leave", so that you know what impact it has on me.
You are a believer. You are a friend. You are not a stranger. And as we're not strangers to ourselves, I don't want us to have a communication breakdown.
Or let me know if this has never been the case to you...
These days I need words of support, and I can't really afford to welcome criticism...
