investing policy...a tricky question you see posted on several profiles and mainly always ends with the author indicating that (s)he is not very optimistic of being able to stick to their own policy. I guess we are all looking for the best fit on how we want to enjoy ourselves on this wondefull platform while keeping the spending acceptable. I've managed to limit myself to a strict budget. That is one issue solved although it remains hard to keep the money in my pocket during the month. Never before have I longed for my credit card to close the balance so thta I can buy new parts, very strange feeling.

Also important if you ask me is how I want to invest my balance...First and foremost I don't want to be rational about my first part. If I listen to an artist AND I like what I hear AND I still have a balance > $9,99....BINGO I believe.  If my current balance is insufficient to buy a part, I wishlist. The problem with wishlisting is that it takes away the momentum and impulsive reward for the artist. When I wishlist, I intend to use next months budget to buy a part....fortunately for SAB my wishlist tends to grow to fast.....from time to time I empty my wishlist and let it grow again.....as slowly as possible. Do I need to apologize towards artists for being on my wishlist for a very long time and then I simply empty without buying a part...I don't think so, we're still somewhat in a record store here....impulsive action is important but what i want to buy when I enter the store is not always what I have in my hands when I get out.

What happens when you see an artist is not moving up for whatever reason. For a few months I have thought that hey I believe in an artist because I love the music. However, if I'm the only one who loves it then I simply have $10 sitting there, doing nothing as it doesn't give me any music nor does it look like it will end up in a SAB cd (I'm talking artists with less then $500 after a couple of months). It also shows that the artist doesn't even manage to get his friends, family and fanbase to invest (unless (s)he doesn't have any of these). I've changed my mind and will remove my initial part. I need to at least rationalise a little here.

As for taking the step to buy a second part...I'm currently trying to find a good objective rule on when I can do that. Most chance will be to set a minimum # of believers. It shows me the artist has some following....

And obviously to close the circle....I'm not sure if I will stick to these ideas....it's just playing in my mind.

On the forum you asked for radio stations to send your album to....here's some of the radio stations broadcasting nationwide in Belgium:

* VRT Studio Brussel,, Auguste Reyerslaan 52 1043 Brussel Webstek & Contact: www.stubru.be - info@stubru.be (alternative music, most loved by youngsters and the place to discover new music, the only station I listen to so def. send it to them ;-)

* Radio Donna, Auguste Reyerslaan 52, 1043 Brussel (the station known for playing the hits, Its possible you'll get a chance there, reaches a bigger audience then Studio Brussel)

* q-music, Medialaan 1, 1800 Vilvoorde (commercial counterpart of radio donna. A good market share as well)

* VRT Radio 2,Auguste Reyerslaan 52, 1043 Brussel Webstek & Contact: ww.radio2.be - info@radio2.be (biggest radio in Belgium, family station, don't know if SP fits in but it might worth a shot)

All in all, If you only want to send one cd to a Belgian radio, I'd suggest Studio Brussel. They are most likely to pick up new stuff and all other stations are keeping an eye on them to see what is growing......if you have more then one for Belgium add Donna and Qmusic. Radio 2 is a long shot but i wanted to add it as it is the biggest station (market share +/- 30%)
