I'm also disappointed in the recent SAB developments.
Will stay critical, but I'll give them time.
Danny leaving SAB was a bad thing, though he didn't handle Mawa on a professional way.
Face it : the web developping team was lead by Danny (in my opinion). I've seen enough people mention things changed in the forum or the website (most of the times at night) while Danny was testing things : at least he did test before implying, and he knew what he was doing.
Get Danny back, and let him do what he's good at; or find anyone capable to replace him asap. And get someone capable of dealing with (difficult) customers to communicate on the website, in the forums.
