"Mr. Knowitall is a Pig-headed Punk/Rock/Reggae/Ska band from Holland. Formed in the year 2000 under the name i2B1, and accomponied by ‘Steyn de Leeuwe’ as our vocalist, we have played a lot of shows all across Holland, and with succes! After 5 fun years Steyn decided to leave the band and the rest of the band was left with a difficult decision to make, but decided to keep the band together and continue without him. With Justin now taking over the lead vocals and playing guitar at the same time, we were still able to play shows and have fun but, we could not get that sound that we where looking for. Then at the end of 2005 we decided to call in our good friend ‘Maarten’ (who had earlier shared the stage with us as a guest vocalist) and we felt that with his input the puzzle was complete again. Another good friend of ours ‘Mark’, enjoys playing the trompet and will join us for recordings and live shows thus leading to our present day line-up. Fate seemed to be on our side again when after a show in Amsterdam we were asked to record at a studio in Loenen. Needless to say we were in and we recorded a song called ‘Back Up’. Now if that wasn’t already awesome a friend of ours signed us up for this online band competition and to our biggest surprise we won! The competition’s grand price was that a song would be mixed and mastered by big time audio engineers ‘Atti Bauw’ and ‘Sander van der Heijden’! The product these 2 gentlemen delivered us was defenitely what we were hoping for and we finally have a recording that really represents the band well. Now with a new sound and this new line up we felt it was more then apropriate to change the band name, and we decided to go by the name ‘Mr. Knowitall’ and we are ready to take on the stage again!!"

A big warm hello!

and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio. So please listen for yourself and let me know what you think. if you like it jump on board and i will give you the song to have for your own '-)
