Gobsmacked! Here was I expecting something OK-ish. What I actually received far exceeded my expectations and is by far the best new CD I have listened to in a very very long time. More when I listen to it again. And again. And again!

How can we get equal from diversity, how calm from energy, how divine from earth feelings? The answer is enclosed in every single track of Ms. Mayhem's first record, that makes her soul increasingly uncovered for all of us. Caught in a web of sounds, the listener gets drunk with Mysti's voice and guitar, and her musicians' subtle, but never insinuating, instrumental outline. Definitely peculiar, this album surely represents a different way to approach your sonorous experience of rock.

Mystis CD is a real gem on Sellaband. After only listening once to all the tracks, I can say that she has easily beaten my high expectations. 'Diversity' says a lot about the album. It is a good mix of different styles. Intelligent lyrics and beautiful arrangements make listening to this CD a real pleasure. Definitively only the beginning of a successful career - I am proud to be part of this first chapter!

i opened my copy of mysti first album diversty this morning and am still listen to as we speak i had goosebumps and the hairs have stood up on my neck it a super sexy 1st album with a powerful soul. i choose to write about one song Screaming from inside, the way a see the song is an angel trying to fight it way out of a dark place and just touching the light when the chaos drags her back in. on whole i love the album. and the best bit is my names on it lol. james x
