I read your profile - I remember duplicating multiple tapes and sending them out to venues and labels - this was when I first moved to London and I was involved with a welsh band Melys (who were actually one of Johna Peel's favourite band and played a suprise gig in his house set up by his wife for his birthday one year)...
I also remember around the same time asking someone if I could try this interent thing - I went on my home football teams website which hadent been updated since it had been put up 2 years previously and oin the basis of that decided that this would never catch on!!
Oh wow that seems a lifetime ago - but it is not so long - The digital world is such a help for the independent artist and EES would not have been able to do what they have done without it...
Anyway sorry for the ramble!
