I love music; especially Funk, Soul, RnB, Hip Hop as well as Dance (vocal house and Drum and Bass). Favourite commercial artists are: Angie Stone, Jill Scott, Brandy, Erykah Badu, Raphael Saadiq. These artists all have their own sounds within a genre, don't necessarily follow the mainstream and sing like they mean it! I like old stuff too, Motown/James Brown/Aretha Franklin and the album I can't get enough of at the moment is Jill Scott - Live In Paris

I put a new song and a video-blog-performan ce (my first try – so please have mercy on me ;-) ) on my profile.
What you hear is my newest song called "Judgement Day" - it's a story about a girl I used to date some years ago when I was in the USA. She had a very bad childhood because of her father. The whole town was spreading all kinds of weird stories about her - but she was very normal in my opinion - ok, that's not a measure for anything... ;-) We never really talked about it, but sometimes I had the feeling that all the gossip opened old sores every now and then. I never met her father, but I considered how I should or would behave if I get the chance to meet him.

A big warm hello!
and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio. So please listen for yourself and let me know what you think. if you like it jump on board and i will give you the song to have for your own '-)
