About me
I really think of myself principally as an engineer and my production talents are my ability to use my recording skills to achieve what the artist is hearing in their head.Embracing the philosophy of enhancing music by the use of technology rather than allowing the technology to dictate, I have always kept very much apace with the rapid advances in audio and music technology that are taking place and a constant desire to try new recording techniques and musical styles is what has led me to involvement with artists from many musical genres including AC/DC, Bob Marley, Foreigner, Motorhead, Cheap Trick, Buddy Guy, Jazz Jamaica AllStars, The Bad Plus. Sellaband artists I have worked with are Second Person, Nemesea and Daniel Ward-Murphy.

I find this band very intriguing and the diversity of their material
(look further to their 'other place') reminds me of other Irish bands
I've worked with - must be something in the water! This is a band with
plenty of places to go let's hope they choose the right ones. | ||||||

not perhaps instantly original but they do sound fresh and enthusiastic
and what's more they have great songs. This is modern rock music with
soul not blow dried posing. I particularly like the fact that although
you can hear who influences them, they are not just copying or ripping
off but using those influences as a starting point for their own music. | ||||||

A big warm hello!
and just a note to tell you that I have a new song I would love you to hear. It is a crazy, revved up remix of my serene "Angel" and completely different from the original. It is totally unusual for me too - like a happy accident really, but very sensuous with exotic notes of the orient and I really wanted to share it here. It will add spice to a great night out on the town or make you want to dance with someone real close. Or at least that's what it makes me feel, so I thought I'd play it for you. It was born out of too many late nights of passionate brainstorming in the studio.
