About me
Hi! My name is Brian Taylor and I am the lead singer of Vegas Dragons. Thanks to Sellaband I have been able to really aim for the stars and try to chase my dreams. Thanks to the help of our amazing Believers we reached $50,000 on Sellaband and are currently recording our CD - which is sounding great. We will do our very best to promote it and make money for our Believers.
The music industry is one of the most cut-throat and competitive industries that you can get in to. The chance of real success is slim. This is the grim reality we all must face. So we must do what we can to try and improve the odds of success.
Australia is so far from the biggest markets in Europe. Thanks to Sellaband we have been able to let thousands of fresh ears listen to our music in Europe. However if we could actually raise the money to play over there and promote the CD, we hope many more fresh ears can listen to us through press promotion and live gigs. Hopefully those fresh ears will buy some of our Believers Sellaband CDs.
That is why I have started the new Sellaband account :
The main aim of this new account is to help promote our band in Europe, make a great live recording and return to you the money that our Believers have invested. I am a firm believer in not doing things by halves, so any money I make will be going into this account to help take Vegas Dragons to the next level of success. The parts I buy will help finance this dream and also give me a return of LIVE CDs that I can sell and revenue back from sales and downloads of the CD.
This is my new bank account.
Life is short and you really have to aim for the stars.

As of today (30 Jan 2007) I, (Brian Taylor of Vegas Dragons) and some of my closest family and friends will launch the first official Vegas Dragons fan club on Sellaband.
The aim of this will be to purchase CDs for Sellaband's future fans who join after Vegas Dragons reach the $50,000.
These CDs will be available for sale once the CD is done. All revenue from CDs sold will be used to pay back the investors who put up their money. All profits from the parts will be used to finance the fanclub. Thank you for reading.
