About me
I have been described as not knowing what I want or like, my collection spans from Beethoven to Mozart, Springsteen to the Beatles, No Doubt to Guano Apes, B.B. King to Gary Moore and Rammstein to Bon Jovi. As I listen to music here, other great sounds come to mind, Guns'n'Roses are one of them ... what a sound. Thanks to the shuffle function on iTunes I have just listened to some of the best sounds ever made ... Theatre of Tragedy, I feel this list will ever grow and never be complete.
For me, it has to have rythm, sound and feel and there are simply too many bands out being given airtime that have none of the above.
Someone asked me who I would go for between the Beatles and Mozart. The answer, Mozart. The thing about classical music is, it always fits. My preference in music changes with my mood, and most modern stuff I listen to fits into a certain mood. The classic stuff crosses those borders. My alltime favourite is Beethoven, especially the symphonies. I can listen to those at any time, any place and in any mood.
Originally from Germany I currently live in London, which in spite of all it's little faults and niggles is still my favourite place to be.
Well, let's add to the list down here. Herbert Groenemeyer, one of my all time favourite German artists and Nazareth, again re-discovered through the Shuffle function.

I've long had Angie Arsenault on my wish list and when I checked back in tonight saw that she was past the 40k point. High time to believe, so I did after listening to her songs again ... easy choice really.

After a long time I have found some time to spend on here and have followed in invitation to RAZA. Fantastic! I just had to believe there and then.

I can't listen to music while at work, but I do have the time to look around SAB. So, this seems the best place for me to list artists that I want to check out once back at home.

Well, two 50k achievers in a couple of days ... very exciting stuff. I am really busy with work at the moment, so not much time to spend on here, searching for new music. Bit of a shame, but that's life I guess.

Trail left, which is a bit of a shame but they have their good reasons and have found an alternative route to raising funds for an album. Good luck to them.
Next step on my way to 5 parts in every artist I believe in was another part in Tiffany Gow.

Grant Stevens ... rock, a bit bluesy, very melodic and just great stuff to listen to.

Started to believe in Confused5 and added one part in Kaitee Page. Money is slow this January and for the time being, I will invest a maximum of 5 parts per artist.
2008 - 01 - 03
A new year to find great music and invest in it. I don't do New Year's Resolutions because I never stick to them. Having said that, 2008 should bring me more money and therefore more chances to invest here on sellaband.

With Christmas coming up, it's back to the same old Xmas songs we've been hearing for years and years. Why is there so little new (and more importantly) different stuff? It can be done as bands here show.

Three more parts, ROOGA, T-ka and Soulslide ... I could spend days here, listening to what's on offer and pay more than my salary in doing so. Unfortunately that's not an option so I will have to continue to slowly build a collection of good music and believe in many small parts.

On my palyer you can find the title song that describes in general the bad side of the human race, then I try to compare it with a better behavior in my song "harmless animals".
