BLUE JAR 07730509091
“Blue Jar combines the panache of Grappelli with Gypsy flamboyance, yet balances this passion with a dreamy, atmospheric classical sound”. The group has played throughout Europe and Africa and continue to play in festivals throughout England and Ireland. With ‘Ducks and Geese’ to their credit, their second album “Pelican Crossing” will be on general release in June.
The members of Blue Jar come from a mix of jazz/classical/showband/pop and rock backgrounds. After over twenty years each on the music circuit, they decided to try and combine their specialties, arrange, compose and entertain. Since their first gig-a Garden Party for H.R.H The Prince of Wales they have specialised in corporate work - They are now ‘doing’ the live gig and festival circuit, following the success of their album, and festival performances.

Howdy!
Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have between $9999 and $0 in budget.
Please check the forum for updates on contest rules and regs….starts 25 October!
This is a great opportunity for you. Campaign with the believers to let them know you'd like to be nominated and encourage them to vote for you when the time comes.
Of course, if you'd like to, or you know someone who would like to, donate parts for the prizes in the Competition, just send (or have them send) Sommersby the details under a message marked “October Donation."
Hope you join in on the fun and GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!!
