Hi everyone. I am Christer. I was born in Sweden and moved to Finland when I was 6 years old and have lived here since then. I started doodling with music already when I was very little and got an organ that was powered by blowing fans.
My main genre is film scores and other instrumental music. I also make progressive trance and similar electronic music. I really like artists such as Jean Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield, Kraftwerk, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, and on the film score side, John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Basil Poledouris and many more.
All my music is set to some stories and the music itself often tells the story. Even if a piece is not made for actual movie scenes, I make up stories before I make my music.
I have been involved in a few projects here and there for independent short films, animations and games. You can see some of my work for videos HERE
A short history:
I was active in the Yamaha XG midi scene. I started by making remakes of Commodore 64 game music. My Last Ninja collection in particular gathered many fans.
Later I was part of the group #Cryogenic Emotions#. We made lots of collaborations, mixing many unique styles. After many years of good friendship the group drifted apart and finally I was the only one left and then I decided it was time to move on.
I then joined the group X-Static, with which I had been collaborating before too. This group was mainly focused on making techno-ish, breakbeat, jungle etc music, while I was getting more and more focused on orchestral symphonic pieces.
As time went by, the Yamaha XG standard became more and more outdated by new synths, and finally samplers and virtual instruments. I started my own projects and work mainly with film and game music.

28.8.2008: I added a video. It's a trailer for a 3D animation project I was asked to make the music for. The animation project itself was never finished, so this trailer is all that came of it.
For now, you can check out my other videos HERE
They include some movie scenes I made music for.
