Pedro Cruz Montesino, a/k/a Cruzmonty (a fusion of his lastnames), was born in February 4th, 1983 in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Even though he'd never studied music, Has knowledges of Musical Composition and Production, Chorus and Background Vocals, Songwriting and Perfect pitching. Sings and compose since he was 12 years old.

Have written songs for many known groups and solo artists like Kat DeLuna (Como un Sueño), Menudo (Más que Amor), Jimmy Bauer (Si me dices que sí), Ingco Crew, and many others. Has participated in lots of Castings and Musical Concourses. "Pop Artist of the year" and "Song of the year" Award Winner at Enredox.com in 2006. 

His musical experience has been related to various projects as OnStage, Mosketteros, 5ynko, Codigo Postal, and recently Taxi Amarillo. His focused genres are Latin Pop, Ballad, R&B and Acoustic Ethnical Rythms. Is also very influenced by Servando & Florentino, N'Sync and Sin Bandera. Also likes Brian McKnight, Angel Lopez, Luis Fonsi, Christina Aguilera, Raúl Midón and Craig David.

His main goal is to be recognized as a real talented artist, as is, and take his music to places that have never been taken by artists from his country.
