Hello everybody!
I've added a new heavier song! It's called "The Chaos We Breathe".
It's the heaviest song I've written till now. I hope you all enjoy it!!
Take care.
-Erik
ATTENTION:
"The Last Awakening": New Dandelium album coming soon.
I've finished about 80% of the new album, it will be here soon. I've also done the artwork this week.
I'm still looking for a singer and a bassist, that's the reason why we don't show a lot of activity here.
I've also finished the official website, that can be visited by this link:
www.dandelium.es
Best regards!

Band Info:
Dandelium is a Spanish Symphonic Metal band.
The project started when I (Erik) met some people and started a band. Some later, I moved from Spain to Portugal to finish my studies.
So, I'll tell you the complete history:
I started playing drums in a celtic rock band at the age of 14, but got tired of it, and bought an electric guitar.
After a year of buying my guitar, I was able to write some decent things and to play in a band.
So I played in a Rammstein cover band for some months, then I decided I had to write my own music and formed Dandelium with some friends.
After a year I had to move 1000km away, so Dandelium split as a band, but became a studio-project. After a year and a couple months, I'm proud to say, I've found MY sound, MY style, without the need to imitate anybody.
I started writing my own music at the age of 16, Sacrifice was my first song, and some people liked it, so I wrote more songs. Now I'm 18 and have written and recorded more than 60 songs... But I can only put three of them here...
We have a new lineup, and will be doing some gigs very soon ;)
Thank you very much for the great comments and great support you all are giving me!

Will be in my playlist for a long, long time. Great, but would be awesome with a vocalist to match (and that won't be easy). |

Having only recently been introduced into the metal world by a colleague, as a hard genre devoid of soft emotion which suited me admirably at the time, it has taken me a while to absorb the differences between the sub-genres. One of my favourites now is Symphonic, such as Nightwish and Sirenia and in my humble, amateur opinion Dandelium is well up to their standard in instrumental mode and outstanding in the 'Stronger' collaboration with Tiffany Gow. Dandelium should be well up there towards the $50,000. I feel that with a good female lead vocalist Dandelium will be unbeatable! |
