Hi Frank,
I'll return my part once you're active on SAB again. Hope that the Monsieur Cannibale recording has gone well and I'm looking forward to listening to it, when will it be released? Are you going to have a launch party at the Monsieur Cannibale attraction at "De Efteling"? ;-)

Hi Frank,
As you don't seem to be active here on SAB anymore (no update for 3 1/2 months), I think it's fair to move my part to an artists that really has the goal of reaching 50k herte on SAB.
In case you decide to become active again on SAB, let me know. I'll keep an eye on your profile.

That is semantics Frank and you know it. You are the band, the other bandmembers wouldn't have gone on Slice the Pie. It's not that I think that you shouldn't, but it's what you wrote on Slice the Pie about not believing in Sellaband. It's your good right to say that, but if you don't believe in SAB, then you should leave SAB as an artist.

Are you still active on SAB, or decided to move to Slice the Pie? Let us know, I don't want to keep you here if you don't want to be here ;-), and i would like to have parts in artists who are not just great musicians but also dedicated to the SAB concept ;-)!

Sorry about taking so long to reply. I have to say I love the idea of "Sell-an-acoustic Live"! A sellaband version of MTV unplugged Sellaband is not very well known here in Ireland so I doubt you'd find enough bands to do a gig here. I like your style of music. I will keep you in mind for the future. If you do happen to organise anything for Ireland I would be happy to help out.

I have to admit I never quite got into Monsieur Cannibale so I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this profile, but I think you've got something here much closer to my taste in music.
I don't think you've quite won me over yet Frank, but you've certainly got a place on my wish list so I can come back and listen some more.

Hoi Frank, je enthousiasme is (zoals altijd) geweldig! Je hebt gelijk dat alle beetjes helpen, al is het centraal regelen voor ons slechts mogelijk indien het valt binnen de SAB-doelstellingen. We zijn maar een kleine club, met veel werk en geen Don Quichottes. Prioriteiten stellen, inderdaad...
Mocht er een overlapping zijn, dan laat ik het je weten. En natuurlijk, houd me op de hoogte van je nieuwste muzikale geesteskinderen!!

Bang dat een Waanders gitaar onbetaalbaar is? Niet nodig hoor! De grand auditorium op de foto`s is de eerste uit een serie en gaat voor een speciale sellaband prijs! Puur handgebouwd uit de fijnste materialen, en natuurlijk voorzien van een Aer pickup system~!
Deze gitaar is uitvoerig getest en zelfs "superb" bevonden door 2001 fingerstyle champ Richard Smith from Nashville!!!
Deze gitaar wordt momenteel gebruikt voor opnames',
ben zelf ook erg benieuwd. Ik houd je op de hoogte.
Je bent altijd van harte welkom natuurlijk en het liefst bouw ik in opdracht. Oja, de prijs is E 1650!!!! Zegt het voort, zegt het voort! (en vragen staat vrij....)

Oh, and your plan.... sure you're not trying to do too much at once? Two CDs for the price of one.... I can imagine a solo acoustic set shouldn't cost too much, but really: if I were a believer I'd be very happy with just one well produced CD! Which reminds me to wishlist you :-)

Hi Frank! I love your idea and enthousiasm you have in promoting it. I would try to go out and see the gig in Amsterdam or Utrecht - but that would be a discounted ticket I guess. Which gets me to my suggestion: keep it simple and financially sound. Five artists is too much, not just for people to listen to as Li suggested, but also because you can't charge too much more for each added artist but they *do* cost more. I'd say: Talk to the people who pulled a multi-band SAB gig off and live to tell about it (Gilles, diegozer, organiser of Zwoel) and Lorraine Jones (if I'm not mistaken the driving force behind a Swiss gig a while ago)

Thanks for outlining your sell-an-acoustic Live plan!
Initial comments:
1. The name doesn't look, doesn't sound good and isn't appealing, but you can change that of course ;-)
2. I think that 3 artists is the max you can have for a good concert. People aren't going to sit through 2 1/2 hours listening to 5 different artists.
Aim for 3 artists and work it in the program so that the artist with the most fans will play last, otherwise people will leave when they have heard the artist that they came for.
3. Don't take on too many places, to start with, 1 concert per month is perfect. The moment you grow a twice a month schedule could fit well. I love the international set-up.
