Eluktrick is a band about ideas, emotions, experiments and experiences forged by the fires of fate. Eluktrick was a luck trick – formed after a chance meeting of an aspiring American songwriter and a perspiring Polish guitar wizard in the crowded shadows of Krakow – old cool, so. From the outset the band was an anachronistic mélange of styles and histories where lack of a common language promoted an ever more uncommon sound.

Eluktrick found their groove and honed their vision by unapologetically mixing genres and choosing to constantly challenge accepted norms and formulas of the rock band format. Eluktrick can be as relentlessly energetic and improvisational as a high-powered avant-jazz troupe and as lyrically provocative, delicately orchestrated and musically progressive as some of the best independent rock groups of the past and present.

In the last nine months Eluktrick have been performing in some of the best clubs in Krakow, Warsaw and Poznan. They released their first EP – Alergenic– in October 2006 and filmed their first Music video in December 2006.  You can find both on their website www.myspace.com/eluktrick

We are quickly making up for lost time and are aggressively touring across Poland and look to play festivals across the world in 2008.
