Jill got her start in New York City scouting for the A&R department of Elektra Records during the heyday of Metallica, Missy Elliot and Jason Mraz. Also an attorney, Jill oversees all contracts and negotiations to protect her artists. She is currently working with some nationally-touring artists. Jill has had years of experience booking, producing, managing, A&R-ing and publicizing her bands.
