At this very moment Franc et les Centimes are recording a brand new beat specially for Sellaband. Next week they will present you a full-length album free to download! This album will contain of 10 track and we want you to choose 2 of them!
For the first song you can vote on a list of cover songs.. Some golden oldies which we all know!
We do this in the style of our favorite event of the year: Le Concours Eurovision de la chanson!
(for those who don't speak french: the European song contest!)
This means you can vote on the following manner:
you must give your 1st favorite song 12 (douze) points
you must give your 2nd favorite song 10 (dix) points
you must give your 3rd favorite song 9 (neuf) points!

Our first day here! Hope you'll enjoy our songs! Check out le Franc's weekly blog on the blog section!
On an august night during a stay in Paris American producer Ned Kanfer noticed a pleasant sound coming from under a bridge near the Seine. Suprised by the extra-ordinary sounds he heard Ned took his change and walked up to the bridge where he noticed five vagants singing songs about their daily life. Other than regular vagant musicians these 5 fellows where only using their voices. Ned was blown away by the creativity of this night-scene and decided to give the vagants the change of their lives: Recording a record in the United States! After contract agrements with the leader of the group "Franc" the tickets to the United States where booked. Impressed by the United States and the situation in their home-country, Franc and his crew (Jean-Michel, Herb, Jacques and Michel) started writing new material that was recorded immidiately.

So here we are on Sellaband! A good concept if you'd ask me... Why did we join!? Well first of all I'm convinced we can make it here for this simple reason: we are used to be begging for the half of our lives! We've been blessed that we could escape the streets of Paris to make this record and go and have some place to life... But I'm convinced we haven't lost our begging skills yet!

I have only received four tracks. I will not comment on them here, as I don't want to influence the judges with my remarks.
Do people need more time? It may be possible for an extension if the people who have already submitted their work unanimously agreed.
I'm going to copy and paste this message onto all of the participating artists pages as a reminder.
There's three days left if you haven't sent your track.........

It would only takes 3 minutes of your time, and it would be sooo important to me... You only have to go here:

So please, I know you can think that if you don´t vote, it won´t matter so much, but, it matters...In last round there was a tie, so one vote really count.
