Here a small bio on how it all begon,
In 1997 four guys from Walcheren started a hardcore adventure wich they called RuthlesS. After a couple of years the second cd was released "Abandon the ship" after wich the RuthlesS ship sank.
Some people may have thought the crew drowned, but the musical core of the band abandonded ship in time. After swimming back to Middelburg they decided to continue their musical journey with Lennino(drums), 1-s(rhythm-guitar) and Ronald (who changed from bass to lead guitar).
Some time later they hooked up with randy(singer), Merijn(rapper) and Quincy(bass player).
In this formation they rocked a couple of gigs. When randy and later also Quincy, quited, the rest of the band decided to continue with just Marijn as vocalist and started looking for a new bass player wich they found in the from of Robbert. A crossover metal/hardcore/rap kinda sound emerged and Ganing Ground was born!

Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have $9999 or less in budget on 25 October.
