Geekay is one of the few artists who can sing and even rap, not often to be found. On one hand he is inspired by singers like R.Kelly, Ne-Yo, Michael Jackson,John Legend, Lionel Richie, Barry White, Jagged Edge etc, on the other hand he is influenced by rappers like T.I., Young Jeezy, Lil' Wayne, especially them southern ones. No matter if he do sing or rap he's always in a passion. Only if you really put your heart and soul in it you can reach people with your songs. Back to the basics is what i'm talking about. Blackmusic at its finest, no matter if hiphop, rnb or soul. Doing it with passion allows him to start a track with a beautiful hook, change into a southern rapflow and go back to singing again. The same procedure of course even works backwards. He's always remembering the one who made him be able to do all that. Thank you god!
