Jasmine Kay_

Jasmine Kay was born in Berne, Switzerland and grew up in a small flat with her mother, father and brother located just outside the city center. She inherited her voice and passion for music from her father, who was also singer and accomplished guitar player. At the age of 8 she appeared in her first school musical. Her teachers immedi-ately recognized her talent and encouraged her to develop her talents and follow her heart. At the age of 12 she began taking singing lessons from a great Polish opera singer. While under her instruction she began to learn the necessary techniques to train her voice for the classical world. In 2005, following a solid classical education, Jasmine was ready to venture out on her own and develop her own personal style. She desired to express love and her life experiences through her music. She had always been drawn to the English language. She had a passion for it. Every memory she wanted to save, every situation she wanted to share, she jotted down in English. While developing her own personality and style of music she came to realize that she could best express her-self through music in English. During this quest to develop her own style of music she met Lenell Brown. Lenell fell in love with her voice, her passion for music and desire to go out on her own and make her dreams come true. He began to work privately with her over the next few months and truly realized what great potential she posed. In early 2006, Lenell brought Jasmine to a studio in Berne and introduced her to a producer named Ben. During their first conversations he came to realize how strong Jasmine’s de-sire was to express herself through her music and singing. She wanted to write her own songs and eventually go on to make her first CD and go on tour. Nothing could stop her in fulfilling her dreams. Financing the journey would be no easy task but with a lot of long hours and hard work she could raise the funds necessary to make it all come true. For the next year, Jasmine became a studio addict working on her music with Lenell, Ben and Roger every chance she could get. With their assistance and experience Jas-mine blossomed and faced the many new challenges with confidence. After many long hours, hard work and dedication her dreams of expressing herself through music has become a reality. It is with great pride and joy that Lenell, Ben and Roger can witness the release of her first album entitled “Addicted” We feel privileged to have been a part of her journey and look forward to watching Jasmine Kay further develop her many tal-ents as singer, songwriter and entertainer in the music industry.
