Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have $9999 or less in budget on 25 October.
This is a great opportunity for you. Let all your believers know you'd like to be nominated and encourage them to vote for you when the time comes.
Of course, if you'd like to, or you know someone who would like to, donate to the prizes in the Competition, just send (or have them send) Sommersby the details under a message marked “October Donation."

Hi Jenae, Hope everything's ok with you. I just wanted to comment on how to contact more believers. Everyday a lot of new artists sign up on Sellaband and it's impossible for a believer to check them all out. If you leave a short comment on a believers page, it's more likely they'll visit your page and listen to your music. Anyway that's the way it works for me. Definitely don't worry about self promotion, most believers I think prefer you to say hello in the comments section rather than the in box (plus you get seen by others that way :)
The new forum is also a good way to announce new songs etc.

you definitely need to promote yourself cos now there're about 4600 artists signed up at SAB. So nobody will find you if you don't say "HELLO! Here I am". If you don't feel comfortable by interacting with other believers or artists, it might difficult to rise your popularity.
You are so creative in writing songs but all you say here is that you "appreciate" it if somebody buys a part.
Sorry for being so "straight" but others just take their parts away and say nothing.
I think I sent you that guide already!? Please read it.

I think it's really good! It is written by EO1 so maybe you should talk to him cos I'm not able to frame my view in English the way I'd like to.

I am not sure how to go about finding new believers, im not sure If I am able to go to other profiles and self promote myself. I feel bad when I do that. So any advice to find more believers that be great :)
