Last weekend we've won the Vlaanderen Bokaal at the Open stage finals at the Speakers in Delft!!!

---------Februari 27th---------------

Band under construction. Reconfiguring home-unit recording for better songwriting efficiency/progress on world stage conquering. March and April we are easing up on gigs and output for holidayz, new material (songs 'n axes) and the huge upcoming Ameland gig in May ~hurray!

---------Februari 15th---------------

Last weekend we rocked the socks of the Bazart again in Den Haag and took on Dynamo in Eindhoven. Both stages had an incredible nice sound and vibes where good. We also saw Radius (check out SAB site) live. Great meeting the guys and see them perform. They have this really nice massiveness to their sound which was really cool to hear in the big Dynamo arena! Though we both rocked the stage sadly neither of us fit the prescriptions of the movie. As a good friend of mine would say: 

...that's rock 'n roll!

The new song didn't really feel right at the Bazart so it's back to the drawing board for now. Some shifts in tides have taken place these last days so stay tuned on the legacy.

---------Februari 6th-----------------

Next friday we'll rock the Bazart (Den Haag) together with Nine Volt and play our newest song 'Last Round'! It's written for a contest as a 'soundtrack' for a new dutch movie: De Deal.

It's a story about a guy who gets chased by the mob, the man and God knows who, 'cause he stole something they really really want! Ewww....nice~! 

The Wildcard-round will take place this sunday at Dynamo (Eindhoven). Yesterday we were still shaping and molding. The feel of the chorus turns out to be the tricky bit. Hopefully we will get it right tomorrow!

We're finishing up a new song and it's great. It's for the Soundtrack of a new dutch movie called 'de Deal'. During the first round we won the Wildcard and we've been writing, shaping, shaving since. Every time a song nears completion I wan't to get back to our studio ASAP I can't think about anything else!!! I've been listening to rough recordings these past days and although it's not quite finished I love it! After partying the dutch way I even literally got sick to my stomach while listening to it a little to intence. Oew it rocks hahahaaa!!!

First of all....A great 2008!!

January 3rd, we had a nice gig in Amsterdam, in the Last Waterhole. There is a video online of a new song called 'death cheats death' as performed in the Last Waterhole. It was filmed by a photocamera, so don t expect miracles..Check it out, maybe you can get an idea of what it actually sounds like :-)

Hope you guys had a good xmas!

Last saturday we played during beachbattle and although we didn't win we were satsfied. The competition was fierce...there were some really good bands and we were definately in the same league..

I keep being surprised how many good bands there are in Holland...

We got some honest critics so we know what we have to work on for the coming shows...and we will!

with this last message I erased the whole blog!!! There goes the Legacy's history! WHY, WHY!!!!!!!!!

Fruity~full november, we're lovin' it!

November 2007 has been a big month for us, lot's of Socks flying all over the place: On the 3th we've had our best performance ever. Intense sweat, smiles and beer. One of the most intense hours of rock performance for me. What a great night!!! All my muscles hurted for a weak, haha.

On november the 4th we won the audience vote for the open stage performance at cafe Vlaanderen, This means we're going to the finals (main stage) at the Speakers in Delft, May '08.

November the 11th we were given the Wildcard (by audience and jury) at the Mezz! The Wildcard round will take place on 9th of february (I don't know the place) but we have to write a song for a scene in the movie 'De Deal' (take a peek at: www.deal-defilm.nl or got to www.deal-desoundtrack.nl). This last week we finally moved in to the new Creativity Cave! Oh yeah it's even got a bar and toilet, the whole shaBANG! And lots lots of other cool stuff.
