I've been a fan of Kimo's music for years. The vocals are sincere, the guitar & ukulele playing remind me of Hawai'i (although he doesn't have any on this page, he plays beautiful Hawaiian music).

 

The music is both raw and soulful, and I love that. I'd love to hear what he could do with some backing, but love the stripped down and intense quality of his music as it is. Reminds me of Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, Jack Johnson, and Ben Harper. Good luck Kimo in this and all you do.

I'm happy to buy a few of these parts and tell people about it. I've been loving the music for years, you know that. I'm happy to see you out get doing your thing. IMUA!

I had the chance to meet Kimo and play some music with him a bit ago. I was immediately impressed by the sincerity of his vocals, deceptively simple guitar playing. He joked about the comparison to Jack Johnson and Ben Harper, but to me, that's who he reminded me of.

 

I'm happy to support Kimo in this and any other project he chooses to do, and encourage you to give him a listen and get to know this fine artist.
