Out of the 140 artists that he has believed in thus far, I am SO HONORED to be Onno Hoogendoorn's "Believer's Choice" this week on the "Vegas Dragons loves Believers" Tribute to Belivers page.

I've been very fortunate here in LA to record a few of my songs with some extremely talented and reputable people in the music business. The songs that I have on this site feature the production work and bass playing of Guy Erez http://www.guyerez.com/ (Gypsy Kings, Crash Soundtrack, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Bettens, Ryan Cabrera... ), the drumming of Tal Bergman http://www.myspace.com/tal123letsgo (Rod Stewart, Loreen McKennitt, Billy Idol, Chaka Khan...), guitars by Ed Tree (Spencer Davis Group, Rita Coolidge, Al Stewart...), and the keyboard work of Jamie Muhoberac (Seal, Celine Dion, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan...).
These songs were supposed to be the beginnings of the makings a full album, but funds ran out -- which is one of the reasons why I'm here!!!
I've been a singer and performer ever since I was a little girl, and have
performed professionally as a singer, actress, and entertainer my entire adult life. I've starred in musical theater shows in New York and throughout the U.S., I've sung Jewish music (aka: "Klezmer") throughout the U.S., Europe, and even at Carnegie Hall, and I've been involved in numerous other musical projects from jazz to heavy metal. This project -- my solo project -- represents another facet of my artistic life and the dream that I've had ever since I started writing songs in my teens: to become a performing songwriter and recording artist. I had struggled for years with crippling self doubt and bouts of depression which prevented me from manifesting this dream, but I've FINALLY moved into a place where I've become ready to put myself out there in this musical form. It's taken me a LONG time to get to this place, and I truly hope that the music I am creating inspires or moves you in some way.
I hope that my music and voice might move you enough to "believe" in me and to help make this life’s dream become a reality.
Regardless, I hope you enjoy the music!

Howdy!
Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have $9999 or less in budget on 25 October.
