Passion of Tango, friendship and similar music interests inspired four young musicians to create a tango project .That's how "Los Perros del Tango" quartet came into live on August 2006. They all graduated Music Colleges and have huge stage experience from taking part in important artistic events, playing on Polish and European music stages and taking part in music competitions. It started from the very first concert in Gdansk Sea Museum where the audience amazed by professionalism and musicality surprised them by standing ovations. January 2007 they performed in Gdansk City Hall with professional tango dancers. February fulled their schedule with attractions starting from the interview in Radio Gdansk another Concert in “Zak” - Gdansk community center and giving concert on Gdansk Television on carnival edition of “Salon Muzyczny“ program. March 2007 - "Los Perros" won The Special Award on Popular Music Competition in Gizycko (Poland), they recently performed on Baltic Opera stage, City Hall and concert live on Radio Gdansk. The music they play is the nod towards the greatest style of Argentinian Tango which was having it's Golden Age from the beginning of 30's till the late of 50's of XX Century. They cooperate with professional dancers and actors . The most faithful example of their style is characteristic strong rhythmic beat , very appealing to the dancers but without sacrificing quality. "Los Perros del Tango" quartet is the great counterbalance to famous Astor Piazzolla style and in the same time tribute to large tradition.
