OK, so here it is - one year on SAB. I don't know if there are any chances for me to get the 50k... I think now I'm not not mainstream enough. Time will tell, but for now: happy aniversary, haha. :)

Me and Yaseck are preparing an acoustic versions of three songs (piano, two strings, viola and cello). We are going to try play at the Spotkania Zamkowe in Olsztyn. This the biggest festival of singing-poetry in Poland.

Hi. I'm back from dead. It was worst week this year for sure...
The good news is that I have my first demo ready. It contains 3 songs in polish: "Jeżeli", "Gdybym Cię Spotkała" and "Spojrzystość". Cover is similar to the present profile photo.
Now I'll prepare an extra SAB-demo for all my believers with minimum 3 parts. But if you are interested with my polish-demo and own 3 parts just let me know.

It's over month while I'm still not well. I go to school, I work sometimes but my voice is still like an old piano. It's very frustrating, because I cannot record my Christmas Song. :(
I just hope that the Dreb Contest will be better for me as a Nearfield's one. :) I cross my fingers for The Average Persons song!

We have also a music for the Sheet Metal competition (Yaseck is a workoholic!).
The new Christmas competition looks very nice. First I thought we can make a modern version of the "White Christmas" but I don't know if the covers are alowed.
These were very tired days... I'm going sleep now.

I dodn't mention before, but I am a member of a musical school. We have lessons with singing, dancing and acting. This is really great school with some top teachers. At the end of the year we will show the "Fame" musical. Today: singing and acting. :)

YES! We've manage to mix new song!
It's called "Spojrzystość". It's quite hard to translate, because it's a mix of a two words: spojrzenie (look) and przezroczystość (transparency). It's something like "lookarency", haha. :)
It's about the lake, fog (mist), water-nymphs and the glance of the evening. I think it's important to know what about the song is.
I hope You will like it as much as I do.
Next step: to record a vocal for a "Gdybym Cię Spotkała" one more time.

Lu-li has an intriguing quality to her music that I can't quite put my finger on, but it's still great all-the-same. All the different instruments in her songs combine beautifully with her obvious vocal talent to produce top quality music. I see a bright future for this artist. $50,000 should not be hard to come by for this wonderful musician. |
