Let's introduce ourselves:
Hey! We are a dance/electro collective from Antwerp, and we would like to convince you that Dance Music is not necessarily empty headed :-)
Together with our fans we’d like to make MACHIN work, several gigs during dance events and rock(!)festivals as well, prove that our music touches music fans with different tastes! So I challenge you to put any prejudice aside and give our music a chance... I realise our music is different from the majority on SellaBand, but I'd like to think that as an advantage!
But hey, what am I babbling about, you just have to listen for yourself!
We choose to ‘rotate’ our songs on SellaBand: every week we change one of the 3, and we’d like to hear from YOU which song you like best! It would give us a proper feedback, and that’s always very helpful!

In this section we'll write the story behind the different songs that are / were in our playlist!
* Bits & Chips: - also known as The Mario Song! It's really back to our Electro Roots! And once again, it's a song with intelligence! It's about Mario (from Mario Bros., the computer game) who doesn't like it anymore that he always has to play the same levels to rescue some boring princess...
* Midnight In A Perfect World: - an original lovesong! About some lost love that could never be recovered... And yeah, it's based on real facts...

* Ghost Riding: - in a former life, Machin's singer Matthias was leadsinger in a punkrock band! This song is a tribute to that band The Scars and to his friends-for-life Matthias L (guitar player) and Walter (drummer)! Keep on riding! :-p
* Cold Turkey: - what do you get when you've got too much to drink on a party... This place is not so familiar anymore...
* Shock Effect: - one or the first songs of Machin! The energy between Simon and Matthias was obvious from the beginning... It has a very good drive and a hyperactive Matthias rapping his ass off!

These guys are great! I believe the future is dance, but I like alternative music too. And this is the best of both worlds! I definitely like Ghost Riding and Shock Effect!
Machin is a collective I definitely would like to see on stage! So guys, let me know where your next gig is, it shouldn't be too far away for me (It's a small place, Belgium!)
