PARTY PARTY PARTY!
Melech Mechaya is a portuguese quintet that takes the listener into a festive journey through klezmer music, with some delicate and intimate moments. A journey through the yiddish tradition, with arab flavours, oriental rythms, and simple beat dancing, from Hungary to Israel, from the Balcans to New York.
The band is composed by João Graça on the violin, Miguel Veríssimo on the clarinet, André Santos on the guitar, João Sovina on the bass, and Francisco Caiado on the percussions.

Hi folks!
We've just updated our profile with new songs, new photos and new videos!
These last months have been really busy, and we've been playing almost in a weekly base!
We're gathering more and more fans, and at the last concerts we had full houses! In Tavira (Algarve) we had 2000 people dancing and singing and having fun with our music :)
Next thursday we're playing at a University, receiving the freshmen - 10 000 people are to be expected!
