The Russian soprano Olga Zinovieva began her professional singing career in the Netherlands. She started performing solo recitals in 2006, while following a Masters course at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. These performances demonstrate a wide diversity of styles, including Italian, French and Russian chamber and opera music. She has performed on numerous concert podiums including the Spiegelzaal (Concertgebouw, Amsterdam); Muziekgebouw aan t' IJ; Dr. Anton Philipszaal in Den Haag; The Vredenburg; in Utrecht and Chamber Hall of Belarus State Philarmonic (Minsk).

At the same time she began her musical collaboration with the pianist Sergey Smirnov. This duo performs under the name "SO-Duo" and already within a year of working together these two young musicians recorded their first CD of Rachmaninov songs.

In summer 2008 will be Olga's debut with the role of Queen of the Night on the festival Opera Mosset (France).
