I think the only reason Phil is making such relatively slow progress is that his music is a bit out of the mainstream, but otherwise there seems no reason why he should not be a hit. Warm accurate phrasing draws you into his intimate and sophisticated lounge jazz/pop. These 3 songs are also some of the cleanest recordings I have come across on SAB. |

Cascade, it's a beer and it's also a song. The beer is good the song is better. Phil may not be everyones cup of tea (or glass of beer) but have a listen and give it a chance. I hope Phil's gig got recorded because you'll really like the live performance. |

As a new believer on SellaBand I have just listen to Phil Tweed and am extremely impressed by the unique and fresh sound that he has produced. The music is well arranged and varied. Phil has captured a relaxed feel in some songs and an upbeat vibe in others. His music is great to either chill out with or dance to! His vocals are spot on and has generated and excellent sound from a live performance. Real talent is hard to find in a time of "get famous TV shows." Phil is the REAL THING! |

The musicians on Phil's music are amazing. As a drummer, I really appreciate the tightness of the band, especially Pete Drummonds playing. He is a legend in Australia. These tracks are smooth and funky with a cool jazz flavour. You can turn it up loud and do some great bottom grooving to it! |

Phil is truely the most gifted and naturally inclined musician I have ever had the pleasure to know. The dedication he has to his craft and the supernatural skill he demonstrates when he plays is difficult to fathom and really is something to be seen. His adaptable approach and creative predisposition gives him a consistently fresh feel with his work and I have complete faith that he will rocket towards any goal that he chooses to pursue in the industry. |
