We finished producing our album and are now working on live versions. The album will consist of 11-13 tracks, seven of which are on our player here (although some of them may change once the definite tracklist is set).

Here are our incentives, in addition to offering a 50% share of our revenue.

1 part – Download, CD, numbered limited edition with one bonus track

2 parts - Download, CD, numbered limited edition with four bonus tracks + additional remixes

5 parts - Download, CD+DVD boxset, numbered limited edition with four bonus tracks + additional remixes + DVD with making of the album + video clip + making of the video + hidden bonus

8 parts - Download, CD+DVD boxset, numbered limited edition with four bonus tracks + additional remixes + DVD with making of the album + video clip + making of the video + hidden bonus + Free concert ticket to use in the city of your choice (with backstage access)

10 parts - Download, CD+DVD boxset, numbered limited edition with four bonus tracks + additional remixes + DVD with making of the album + video clip + making of the video + hidden bonus + Free concert ticket to use in the city of your choice (with backstage access) + The Esoteric Gender merchandising (T Shirt + badges) + handwritten personalized “thank you” note

20 parts – Special VERY limited edition of the album, will include all of the “10 parts” features in a special boxset with a very special design... we want to make this a beautiful object, so be it!

We decided that our budget should be 30,000 dollars, which will help making the album and hopefully promote it ;-)

Here is a more detailed version of our budget:

- 10,000 dollars for recording/mixing - one of the best studios in Iceland here offers recording sessions for about 600 dollars a day, with a sound engineer. All we need to record now is the guitars and drums which should not take long. Mixing should be the longest process.

- 2,000 dollars for mastering

- 3,000 dollars > Sellaband fee

- 5,000 dollars for manufacturing and shipping CDs to believers.

- 2,000 dollars for manufacturing 1,000 to 1,500 CDs for sale

- 5,000 for promotional campaign

- 3,000 for unplanned expenses (which will go towards promotional campaign if there's no drama ;-))

These prices may of course vary depending on studio/manufacturing offers, but this will give you a clearer idea of where these $30,000 will go. In case the mixing or mastering would cost less than planned, the money will go towards the promotion of the album, in case it would cost more... the unplanned expenses is here to help ;-)

We think it's important to make the album, but it's just as important to promote it. Music is meant to be listened to, and the more the merrier ;-)
