Second Person reached 50K on the 12th of March 2007 @noon.

They are now recording the SAB CD and have been sharing some innovative ideas, things that no artist has ever done before! This will be a visual music Album with an animated movie running the length of the CD, fitting each of the songs perfectly. The Animation is done by one of my favourite Animation Visionaries at Deviantart. Two Genius Artists (Second Person and Deviantart) working hand in hand to produce this album guarantee Excellence. The provisory title of the SAB CD is "The Elements".

... Two songs it took to get hooked to the contemporary, fresh sound of "Second Person". I want to play their songs on my iPod, I want to play their songs when eating dinner with friends... so many moments that I could listen to their music! I believe that "Second Person" has found their style and is comfortable enough to develop it over the years. They won't be "the second person" for much longer, they'll be the leaders of the much needed new generation of musicians who convey their message using audio and video, in order to tell us a vibrant, sensual, cross media story.

'The Elements' is a brilliant album. It's even better than I expected and after listening to Gone Fishing and The Alphabet Song over and over again my expectations were high. 'The Elements' will stay in my CD-player for a long time. Well done!!

Second person was probably the number one reason for me to sign up with Sellaband. It is hard not to believe in the musicians behind this music.

Great music! I was convinced right away, just listening Gone Fishing on laptop speakers! Sounds absolutely terrific on headphones. Nice soundscapes and strong musical lines, all very well woven together.

THEY DID IT!

Second Person are really interesting because there's nothing I can think of out there quite like them. Normally the name of another artist immediately pops into my head when I listen to someone but this is not the case with Second Person. Be prepared to spend a bit of time and a few plays though, because they're not an "insta-hit" but rather a very laid-back "grower". These tunes will get inside your head and bug you for days if you let them. Especially "Gone Fishing" and their latest song "The Alphabet Song".

Is a good professional band, on their way to a graet succes.

I love this band. Friends of mine stumble accross them on myspace and tell me how good they are, and I already know!

And I went to school with one of them. It couldn't all be happening to a nicer person.

I saw second person in Paradiso, last Sunday. The first words of .... were a nervous 'good evening'. Once the band started playing 'gone fishing' and .. strated to sing, the voice was magnificent. Kate Bush like, almost.

Later on I spoke to Mark, bassit, and wished him all the luck in the future. Hope that they will reach € 50.000 a.s.a.p.

When the Bristol sound came to see the light i was immediately hooked to it, Portishead, Massive attack and Tricky made my days back in the 80's lot of followers joint the triphop community Lamb Zero 7, Hooverphonic, Sneaker Pimps, Röyksopp... And now there is Second Person... Post trip Hop?... Whatever. I laid back, took my surfboard, put it down in the wave, followed the flow.... and became a believer. Come on people and join this great feeling of freedom.

You are so talented! I can't get enough of "Another Girlfriend"!! I agree sound is similar to Portishead, Massive Attack, and Morcheeba, who I also love, but when I read that you count Ani Difranco as an influence, and then heard the song "No Window" on your MySpace page, I was HOOKED and wanted to give you money!!! Thank you for giving props to Ani! I can really hear her influence in that song and love everything of yours I have heard so far. Very cool video for "Gone Fishing." Wow. You guys are awesome. Thank you!!!
