SOUPSHOP | SKUNK ROCK

after forming in the late 90ies, the band first started out playing punk rock as a four-piece outfit. after several changes in line-up, SOUPSHOP's style also evolved into what they themselves describe as SKUNK ROCK - a "hot mixture of sweaty ska, snotty punk, a bit of reggae and a big shot of rock'n'roll" (NIGHTLINE MAGAZINE).

roughly 200 shows across europe have gained the band a couple of things:
- exploding tour van engines
- loads of nights spent on countless floors in sleeping bags
- shattered windshields thanks to rockfall
- tremendous live gig experience
- a loyal fanbase
- and also a lot of fun times during it all

a video for "Drum & Bass Is Polluting The Air" was shot in january and will have its world premiere on april 21, 2007 - and soon after hit airwaves via GOTV aswell as the internet (so be on the darn lookout!).

SOUPSHOP's new studio album THE SKUNKSHOW will be out in july 2007 (hitting stores in germany, switzerland and austria) and thousands of miles of cramped van rides will follow suit in order to promote the release.
