Spitfall was founded in the fall of 2006. Four friends who first formed the band Voldo, decided to move on in a slightly different formation. They wanted to take things more seriously, to record an album and getting more gigs. Spitfall was born.

On their debut record “From a Distance”, Spitfall was still searching for their unique sound. After recording their album the musical influences changed. They’re still growing as musicians as well as persons. Nowadays Spitfall can be described as alternative progressive rock / metal. Some characteristics of Spitfall: forward; innovative; complex song structure; extreme contrast between heavy and mellow. Spitfall tries to explore their musical abilities: seeking for an original, unique, creative, balanced and recognizable sound. Spitfall has great ambitions and you’re definitely going to hear more of them!
