Szylvia is an adult contemporary singer-songwriter that recently received the Independent Adult Contemporary Artist of the Year Award from the Los Angeles Music Awards. Prior to receiving the award, Szylvia electrified the crowd with a stunning performance of her exceptional upbeat piece “Voglia Di Liberta”
People running up to her after performances to tell her how she has just lifted them up emotionally is just another confirmation of her ability to touch people in her own style. She performs in three languages (English, Spanish, and Italian) with equal acclaim.
In living up to her words, Szylvia has been a featured singer for One World Beat in Los Angeles, a worldwide benefit to raise money to help children suffering from HIV and AIDS. Also this past year she received rave reviews from her dedication of “Voice inside You” to help inspire those hit hardest following the Hurricanes.

Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
