Life goes on, as my country struggles out of it's @#$!$% situation. I've decided to keep this ship moving no matter what. I'm adding the new song "The Savior" to try to catch up what i have missed. You can read it's lyrics HERE

Bio:
Born & Raised in Beirut - Lebanon, as a child i was amazed by Rock Music and Acoustic guitars. Stars like Tracy Chapman, Brian Adams & Elvis contributed a lot to building up my love to music.
Though I shifted away to Alternative Rock and its' hard distortioned electric guitar with my band Soul Active at a time, still my acoustic has always been the best thing i ever paid money for. I got my first as a gift when i was only 12 and i never stopped playing since then.
Being raised in a country that really exists in the middle of earth helped me a lot! Foreign cultures were never far away from me, my lovely country is in total harmony and sync with the west. So keeping my musical senses up-to-date was really easy.
I had a couple of big breaks in my life, one of them was almost signing with Warner Bros. Canada affiliate in Beirut. Sadly, the same year Beirut went through a political crisis, and until today it has not gotten out of it... My Big dream was suddenly stopped, never to start again!
My hopes are still high thought, and i believe that my bigger break is yet to come .... i just know so!
My very first Single "PRAYER" was recorded in the collaboration of beirutbiloma (Mohamad Kebbe) one of the most reputed music producers in the Middle East (check www.myspace.com/beirutbiloma). beirutbiloma has also finished three different Prayer dance remixes that are certain to show the Dance Freak side of you. Prayer was released on Radios in December 2007, and just few weeks after it's release it ranked # 83 in the Radio One's official yearly TOP 100 count-down. The song also made it to the TOP 15 songs in all Middle East Airplanes.
My CD was released in all Major record stores (on top of them Virgin) beginning of 2008. I'd like to go further and reach more people with my music, this is my big dream. I might get there someday and i might not, but what i'm sure of is that i will never stop writing & singing...

A lot has happened since the last time i wrote in my Blog. Some very sad times, ones you do not want to remember, yet you can never forget.
I love my country, i truly think it's the most beautiful piece of heaven on earth. It's my peoples' twisted mentality that i hate, we are such an educated civilization ... until politics and religion comes in. Sad but true, and i'll say no more.
Tonight i sleep safe, tomorrow ... no one knows.
I wrote a new song "Beirut is Burning", it's heavy, angry, realistic and at the same time ironic. Exactly how i feel right now... I'll post it as soon as I finish recording it here at home.
Until then, give my new track "The Savior" a listen and let me know what you think.

Finished the final mixing and mastering of "The Savior" today. I wrote this song for my band STAB, but due to my countries political unstability, every band i put together breaks up few months later. So, i ended up recording all instruments at my home studio all by myself. To cut the story short, "The Savior" will be uploaded here once i hit the 2k, but you can check it's lyrics on this LINK

I made it to the top 100 Artists on SAB today!! The feeling is unbelievable, it's way beyond happy!
I donnu how, but i managed to find a place where working hard actually pays off!! I just love this...

Browsing through SAB I went to the Charts page and found out that i'm # 7 of the biggest gainers count down this week, with $180 raised in 2 hours yesterday :D. It just reminded me how lucky i am for having you, my amazing Believers. I just feel like i want to fake illness and go home write some more songs :P
But then it struck me, i can't go home right now :( ... my car is at the carage :P hehehe ...

My car broke down today in the middle of the street. And people behind me were not very supportive of my situation "if you know what i mean" This is the third time this damn car does this to me this month! It's really starting to @#$!@# me off!!
But you know what! I just reached my first Milestone on SAB, so i don't care. And for this once, my crapy little car will not get the best of me... ;) i'm just way ahead of it this time :D
You know what else!! You believers should be called Angels ;)
Thnx you all, really, for a guy in my position this is truely a dream i never want to wake up from. You people are just amazing...

I Perform around Lebanon with my Alternative Rock group STAB
We play in clubs, fests, universities ... basically anywhere with music lovers!
At the moment, as our country is living a very tensed political situation (Lebanon has no President at the moment), we continue jaming on weekly basis, throwing small gigs here and there. But nothing big or serious...
Hoping Lebanon would revive again and our politicians would get out of their nut-shells, we keep on Jaming, Writing, and ... well ... waiting!
I hope my music would one day take me to Europe & USA where my fan base is growing everyday. When it does, i'll let you guys know ;)

I am in Rosh Pina (Israel), very close to the border. I wish I could go to Syria, there is a brilliant musical culture in Damascus. But it's apparantly not safe to travel there at the moment :-(. I've other friends in Beirut, they also seem to wait it out in the hope that it will be over soon. But it's so sad that all the rebuilding that happened these last few years is being undone :-(.
