Hey thanks for visiting.
My latest track 'Death of a Showman' is my contribution to the Collaboration Project
Please listen to my tracks and decide for yourself what category (if any) my music falls into. Genres are too limiting. They make an assumption on behalf of the artist that they want to somehow belong to a particular musical mindset. As soon as music starts to follow and not lead we all lose out.
All three of the my tracks are collaborations with Cris Tanzi. But I'm always looking for more vocalists to work with so if you want to work on a project together than just PM me.
Cheers
Blair

No category necessary -- it's "beyond category," as the great Duke Ellington used to say.
Great work.

This music is very thought provoking; the movements and variety of styles...then the vocals are beautifully and artfully done to match. Very cool.
I was just watching a biography on the Television about Leonard Bernstein and I have to tell you, these compositions are certainly evoking some emotion from me - he was an advocate for people really appreciating music in many ways. I am curious about the emotion you put into creating such fantastic work.
Absolutely wonderful.

Blair is possibly one of the most talented composers on SAB. No mainstream music for sure, just brilliant tracks of pure art, striking and surprising, floating on a surface of intelligent jazz and 20th century classical music. His idea of bringing out an album containing only SAB collabs is splendid. |

The Average Person is a one mansproject from Portugal, doing experimental collaborations with SAB-singers. His Revolution remix struck me at once! Listen here for something different :) |
