Howdy!
Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have between $9999 and $0 in budget.
Please check the forum for updates on contest rules and regs….starts 25 October!
This is a great opportunity for you. Campaign with the believers to let them know you'd like to be nominated and encourage them to vote for you when the time comes.
Of course, if you'd like to, or you know someone who would like to, donate parts for the prizes in the Competition, just send (or have them send) Sommersby the details under a message marked “October Donation."

Nope. We gaan allemaal naar Tool gaan kijken op Pukkelpop. Anders hadden we er ook op 't podium gestaan in Hellevoet. :-)

Hé, te gek mannen dat jullie ook bij Sellaband zitten, wilde het al voordragen aan jullie omdat "CLOON" er al bij zat en dit is wel een goede manier om te checken of er voldoende animo voor is, en dat zou wel moeten met zo'n gave band.
Ik vind zeker van wel want "THEM APPLES" vind ik echt een SUPERGAVEBAND!!!
Ik ga jullie steunen en proberen om jullie samen met "CLOON" een keer te programmeren, dat wordt dan wel heel erg gezellig met 2 topbands!!!

OK, this is fantastic! I love all three of the tracks. I totally disagree that the female voice sounds out of place, and the male vocal sounds great. I think in funk metal the vocal is part of the rythm section.
I could definitely get down to this - it puts me in mind of Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies' side project Infection Grooves.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the invite but at this time I don't think I can believe at this point. I do have some feedback for you though. With the deeper male vocals it's very hard to make out what is being said over the music, their volume is either too low or they are being sang very indistinctly. In Ring A Ding the female vocals sort feel out of place. When the songs change to new ones invite me back for another listen, I'm more than willing to listen to new material. May be I'm just not getting funky metal?

Volgende week sta ik effe met Killteam op Noordschok op een machtig tijdstip en zaal, is dat niet moooooi?

Weer een band uit Groningen er bij. Beetje vroeg misschien, maar kan es een optie zijn een Groninger Sellaband(s) gig zien te organiseren.
Radio Orange is al knap populair hier en wij gaan ook best lekker.
