The MüVs (that's pronounced moves in case you were wondering) are a London 3-piece band fronted by Manchester Singer-Songwriter, jOnnO Wright. Born out of a love for dirty blues grooves and the quirks of modern life, The MüVs present classic songwriting wrapped up in twisted, contemporary wit.
A rapidly expanding underground fanbase has seen The MüVs grow into pop culture heroes thanks to their award winning Chav Song and radio favourite, Angelina Face to Face. Of course there's a MySpace:
but to really get The MüVs, you really need to get yourself down to one of their live shows. Rock 'n roll to think about while you get your groove on, The MüVs live energy is really something very special. Enjoy!

I am the fastest man on Regent st.
The record was set as I swerved in and out of a stagnant crowd who stood like statues, unaware of the blistering speed and ease by which I was passed through them.
I was the shark who'd sniffed it's prey, they were obsessed with their own delay.
The two days training had really paid off. My senses had dulled the despicable sense of lure from each shop window and on race night I was able to soar where others fell poor.
I was the fastest man on Regent st
Now my steps I must retrace
For every thing I left behind
In my record breaking haste.

Howdy!
Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have $9999 or less in budget on 25 October.
This is a great opportunity for you. Let all your believers know you'd like to be nominated and encourage them to vote for you when the time comes.
Of course, if you'd like to, or you know someone who would like to, donate parts for the prizes in the Competition, just send (or have them send) Sommersby the details under a message marked “October Donation."
