We regret to inform you that This Side Up is no more. :(
During recent days we found it extremely hard to rehearse, because Fre got a room in Leiden which is like 2 hours away from Eindhoven. The traveling time plus study and work made it impossible to have a weekly rehearsal to create new songs and work on our old tunes. We had a great time with the band and also together but it had to come to an end, and that makes us really sad :(.
We would like to thank every believer for having faith in us and and spending your well-earned money in us. Thank you all!
However, we are still in the process of creating a new band, because we won't abandon the music ofcourse! So, when the time comes, we'll let you all know!

We are still alive! We've been a little less active then usual, because of Joey's + Dave's new college year.
Because we couldn't resist to make music, we jammed just a few days ago! It was great and we have a possible idea for a new song! Dave is still waiting for his guitar to return...it's been in for tuning for more than a week now :( After that he hopes to record a little (instrumental) preview.
For now, we wish you all a very nice day and we'll see you around :)

The Sellabration was great! We've met alot of great people and really experienced the "Sellaband" feeling and atmosphere. We really enjoyed the performances and in general it showed that Sellaband is ready for another year.

Hi everyone! As you all probably know, we are back from vacation. We had a great time to relax so we can now focus on the music again!
Tonight Joey and Dave will be at the Sellabration concert in Amsterdam's Paradiso. Hopefully we will see you there tonight! We should have made "This Side Up" t-shirts..ow well, that'll be next time ;)

As you might have noticed, we've put a new song online: 'In The End'! We hope you like it.
We are also working on a new song with a yet secret title :) That song is going to be recorded in our future homestudio! Hopefully in a couple of weeks this will all be set up and we can begin recording some new songs!
In the mean time, have a nice weekend everyone!

Damn, today Joey and Dave went to the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert, and it was so great! You've got to see this band at least once in your life. They make such great music and really inspire us as artists and in the creation of music. It's been a long day but certainly worth it.
