7th february 2008 SAB ALL ACCESS
I went to the SAB ALL ACCESS
I had the pleasure to meet Johan and all the SAB's team in the morning
Then I had lunch with Adam Sieff and we talked about the concept of the album and began to think about people we could work with.
Adam is such a great person and I'm delighted to work with him.
I really like the drums on Clemence's album and Adam told me that the drummer was Ralph Salmins and that he had his own studio and could be interested in working with us. He will call him next week.
On the evening we went to Paradiso where I met SoWhat, Cubworld, Francis Rodino and Maitreya. It was great to see them on stage.
It was also very nice to meet some Believers in the real world... put a face on their names and have a chat with them.
I'm now back to Paris and can't wait to begin working on the album.

J'étais à la soirée SAB ALL ACCESS hier à Amsterdam
J'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer Johan et toute l'équipe de SAB le matin
Puis j'ai déjeuné avec Adam Sieff, qui sera l'arrangeur de l'album et avec qui je suis très heureux de travailler. Nous avons parlé ensemble de la façon de réaliser l'abum et des personnes qui pourraient nous rejoindre.
J'aime beaucoup la batterie sur l'album de Clémence et Adam m'a dit que le batteur était Ralph Salmins et qu'il possédait son propre studio. Nous allons le joindre cette semaine et lui demander s'il veut bien travailler avec nous et réaliser l'album dans son studio.
Le soir, j'ai assisté au concert de SoWhat, Cubworld, Francis Rodino et Maitreya (excellente soirée...) et j'ai rencontrer et échangé quelques mots avec plusieurs Believers d'Amsterdam.
Les premiers pas de l'album sont faits... à suivre...

Adam and me had a meeting today in London with Ralph. (in a very good restaurant... thank you Adam :-)
He told us he would be very happy to work with us and to be really involved in the recording of my album.
Then we visited his studio (wich would be a perfect place to work, in a very nice and quiet town in the north of London) and listened to my songs.
We really have the same point of view about the way we should record the album and the musicians who coud play with us.
It' such an honor to work with Adam and Ralph, I could'nt dream of a better team (I don't know if this expression works in english...but I take the risk ! )

Nous avons rencontré Ralph aujourd'hui à Londres (dans un très bon restaurant... merci Adam ! )
Il nous a dit qu'il serait très heureux de travailler avec nous et de s'investir dans la réalisation de l'album.
Nous avons visité son studio (qui serait un endroit parfait pour l'enregistrement dans une ville très jolie et calme au nord de Londres) et nous avons écouté mes chansons.
Nous avons vraiment le même point de vue sur la façon de procéder et les musiciens avec qui nous voulons travailler.
C'est vraiment un honneur de travailler avec Adam et Ralph, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux...
