Vanadís consists of experienced and ambitious musicians in their twenties. The band combines symphonic metal and progressive music in a unique way. Inspired by ancient Germanic mysteries, Vanadís brings a mix of screaming guitars, atmospheric strings, classical piano, unusual rhythms and angelic vocals in an enchanting way.

In the spring of 2006 the band was formed around keyboard-player Ruben, his cousin, mezzo-soprano Manalys and bass-player David. Soon a stable team was formed when guitarist Nathan joined the band. Recently the band found a very talented drummer called Sascha who also happens to be a sound tengineer. After some successful gigs, the first demo was recorded this summer. Currently the band is working hard on new material and with planning gigs for the new year. Vanadís has an own repertoire and will soon be recording more.
